In recent years, the ground floor and first-floor apartment operated as a lovingly run restaurant, cherished and well-established in the region. We are delighted to now share the joy of this historic building and its lakeside charm with guests from around the world.

Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 x Bett 180x200cm und 1 x 140 x 200cm). Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Sofa. Das Apartment hat eine Fußbodenheizung und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt einen überdachten 30qm Balkon. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.

Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space! You have to bring a caravan or motorhome:). The hammock frame is here. Attention! The driveway is quite steep! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and power can be found between the garage doors. There is a small train line between the garden and the lake, so no direct lake stop. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. On the premises there is a cabin and a caravan that may be inhabited by guests.
