It's located right at the entrance of the historic city center with many culinary offerings and is the perfect starting point for excursions into nature. This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. In the living room and hallway laminate flooring is laid, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing house and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
