Great place. Comfy bed. Clean. Host is nice. Kind staff. I extended my stay. I was mainly working and WiFi was good for me. There is a small cafe there also and host helped me rent a motor bike. Close to beach via motor bike and a mall. 5/5.

Only positive impressions! Excellent apartment, good repair and good furniture. This is rare for Thailand, but the apartment really has a lot of space! Quiet area, the sea is across the road, 7-11 is 50 meters away. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, there are 3 balconies with a beautiful view, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. The owners are very friendly and helpful people.

A superb location, right next to the Marriott Rayong, and on the Wang Kaew beach. Picture perfect surroundings. Great for a vacation with solitude. Pierre was fantastic with his communication, let us in himself and gave helpful instructions. A lovely stay indeed.

The location of the house is a little farther away from downtown Rayong, but we are driving, so the location is not very sensitive.The house is a 10-minute drive to a famous beach in Rayong with lots of delicious restaurants and surrounded by some famous attractions such as the Centennial Rayong Museum (highly recommended).If you go to Rayong downtown or surfing, it takes about 40 minutes by car, so you may want to consider it if you are not driving. The house itself is very good, in a quiet, beautiful and clean neighborhood, there is a swimming pool in the neighborhood with food delivery to the home restaurant (pizza pasta, etc.). From a residential perspective, it is very comfortable, there are some small problems that can be tolerated.Check-in was also smooth and the house was managed by a co-host, so you can find a co-host if you need to inquire. Overall, if you are traveling by car, highly recommended.

Me and my partner just stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks. The house is lovely , new and modern and very large with a large garden and private skate park. With a gate entrance . The house is equipped with everything and more you would need to live there. It honestly felt like being at home we didn’t want to leave . The location is very secluded there is not a lot around in the area so if you are looking for seclusion this would be perfect although Lae ma phim is only a 11 minute drive where there is a lovely beach and restaurants. Right opposite the house is a local shop 2 minute walk is a Muay Thai gym 5 minute drive is a gym , 7/11 and local Thai market . I would advise you to arrange rental of transport before arriving at the house as there is no bolt or grab and it is extremely hard to find a taxi anywhere The closes bike& car rental place was in lae mae phim Destada was wonderful , they were very responsive and extremely helpful . Amazing stay!!

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. The house is great, the place is very quiet end peaceful, just as we wanted. Peter's wife was exceptionally helpful, she even took us to a reestaurant in her own car as our ours broke down. In 3 km there is a long street with good restorants and very nice clean beach with soft sand.

Good location and very good equipment

Very very nice house with a great terrace, only a few steps to the community attic pool, everything clean and very well maintained! Everything well organized and great, quiet area! Quiet beaches, great restaurants also western food!

Nice place with kitchen, two bedrooms, and A/C in every room with Netflix on the TV. Nice bakery downstairs and right next to the beach. The only downside is that it is isolated. If you don't have a car, it's hard to get around and there isn't much in the neighborhood.

Beautiful place by the sea. The beach is clean and private. It's easy to find something to eat. Rooms are clean.

I spent 22 days in this apartment it was perfect. You have the shopping center 2 min away the rooftop pool a gym. Perfect for one person I didn't try as a couple but I think it's fine too! Small important point I advise you to have a scooter or a car because otherwise you have to walk 30 minutes to go to the beach! Thanks to the host who answered my questions! I would recommend this place and this city.
