This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Very nice, cozy, equipped with all the necessary and thoughtful apartment! There are various shops, a subway, and recreation areas nearby. There was one issue that was resolved in a few hours. We enjoyed staying here and communicating with the hosts! I will gladly recommend this place and, if possible, I will stay again ☺️
