Vacation rentals with beach access in Kozhikode

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. Thank you so much Jilshoy and family for taking care of us through out our stay and recommending the places around Kozhikode to see and placed to eat.

We really had a very good time at stay.The stay is situated at the most happening place at kozhikode, and the access to all famous food spots were very easy. What amazed us the most was the view from the room...it was just mesmerizing!!! Really we could enjoy the breeze and the calmness of the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. My room was on the first floor with a beautiful balcony view of the beach. The place was clean, peaceful, and felt like home. The family was incredibly welcoming and communicative — they truly treated me like one of their own. Even though I arrived late at night, they waited for me and generously prepared a separate dinner just for me after they had finished theirs. The sit-out area on the front side of the house also offers a relaxing beachfront view. While the bathroom was not attached, it was clean and easily accessible. The warmth and hospitality I experienced here made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely beachside stay!

We had a great time at the stay. It is minimalistic pretty home in a street filled with shopping and eating options. Also the beach is on a walking distance. It might be challenging to find a parking spot in busy hours, but there are pay parking options available nearby. Mosquitoes are frequent visitors in the evening but the host had informed us beforehand and had kept some repellents handy. I'd suggest they also keep a mosquito bat. Overall we had a lovely time and the host's recommendations really helped us.

2 female friends and I spent 4 weeks at Das and Kavya’s home. The house is clean and we were made to feel so welcome even though the communal space is shared with the family. The hosts helped us with lots of things such as changing money when we arrived from the UK. We are very grateful and will return!! Thank you :)

We had a fantastic stay at Jellyfish! We travelled in a group of 3 couples, so we had all three rooms on the top floor of the guest house, which was clean, spacious and had AC in the bedrooms. Breakfast was always delicious! The location is by a beautiful part of the river where you can spot majestic birds and try various water sports. We tried the complementary kayaking tour, which was adapted to our experience level, and were very satisfied. The staff of Jellyfish are very friendly and helpful, and for a very reasonable extra fee they organised lunch and dinner for our group when needed (if you want to venture into Kozikhode/Calicut, it's a bit too far to walk easily but the staff can help arrange a transport). Overall, great service and value for money, warmly recommended! ☺️ Some things to know though: 1) They don't sell bottled water at the site as their intention is to reduce plastic use. 2) Extra meals are possible but the staff need 3h notice to arrange it.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was warm, responsive, and made check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Thejus is a super host and a friendly person. The place is very beautiful, good views of sunset and sunrise. The building is easy to locate and accessible. I recommend Thejus for your stay at Kozhikode.

I have stayed for two nights. Check in was very easy. Proper instructions were given before hand. Apartment was spick and span. The apartment is facing Arabian sea. The beach is across the road. Easy to commute to the city and back. I have enjoyed my stay.
