Monthly Rentals in Koyileri

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

Was a pleasant stay, the caretaker Manoj was very helpful and the home cooked Kerala food was delicious. Also has a fully functional kitchen. Has some good sight seeings nearby. For local sight seeing and Wayanad it’s great. For Kabini / nagarhole safari would not recommend as the forest road closes from 6pm-6am, we were not aware and had to reach the place back with 100km detour. Overall it’s a nice peaceful place to spend with family.

For groups I will definitely suggest, I would love to spend time with my friends there. Still under construction.. Might not be a great option with kids, as not much option is there. But spending time with friends, would be really great.

My family and I (including our two curious cats, Bow and Yoongi) had an absolutely delightful stay at the villa... From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully the property was maintained. Location is excellent as we never had to travel very far to go to any tourist attractions. Our cats really enjoyed as they roamed safely in the enclosed yard, which can be tricky sometimes. Breakfast each morning was a treat with yummy home food. Especial thanks to Yathee who went above and beyond—providing local tips and recommendations and checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking to explore Wayanad with family and pets...
