It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and all the restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holidays. Externally, in a gated area is a large communal swimming pool with sun-beds and shower, surrounded by a well kept garden. A communal on-site parking is also available for those arriving by car.

Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village.
