This is a scenic peaceful & quiet residential area. This big house is fully aircondtioned with 4 large bedrooms, 4 bath with toilets, a large dinning area with dinning table for 8 pax, a large dry kitchen, wet kitchen, a big sitting room with its back portion raised up with wooden flooring for children napping or playing. It also has a private office or working room downstairs. Washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, oven & cooking utensils all provided. Its ideal for business travelers.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with a subdued dark grey coverlet and decorative gold accents. Two framed cityscape artworks adorn the wall. The room is illuminated by a ceiling light, with soft brown flooring and sheer curtains allowing natural light to enter.

This is the best condo for homestay as it's located above the largest megamall in east Malaysia and the whole of Borneo. Our unit comes fully equipped with kitchen stoves and microwave ovens, washing machine, hair dryer, hot water heater, TV, shampoo, clothes iron, towels, boiler, etc. Stay at the standard rate for less than 5 pax. For more than 5 pax, select the actual number of guest and there will be additional cost,. however we will prepare additional mattresses, pillows, towels.
