Very nice management and host, answered my questions promptly and correctly. The place is clean and cozy. I’ve enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is very new, no odor, had a pleasant stay and the host was responsive to needs

The location is easy to find, easy to go everywhere, you can walk to Gaya Street, in fact, you can also walk to the pier.The decoration is also very nice, there is hot water, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable, and the value for money is still very high.It's just that the motorcycles are louder at night, not suitable for people who are sensitive to sleep, but it's also safer, now you have to swipe your card to go upstairs, there is a convenience store downstairs

Super clean and had all sorts of amenities within the room which were great!

The landlord is very easy to communicate with. The housekeeper waited downstairs for us to give us the room card. Very friendly. The room is very clean. The bedding is also very clean. The balcony has a nice sea view.

The place is better than the photos. The Koh Ngam Pier is nearby, but there is only one bathroom trash can, which is not enough. I recommend the host to add one in the living room.

the place 9/10, love the scenery! rooms were clean & comfortable! as for toiletries, they only provide shampoo and body wash, so bring/buy your own toothbrush/toothpaste 😊 also, it’s very easy for you to find food downstairs, got so many choices. overall 10/10 stay. Worth the price too.

great location for travellers

I like the facilities so much. But maybe need to add trash bin inside the room or bathroom, put some extra pillow and mattress. The kitchen is so satisfying. My family had a great moment cooking and eating together there. The extra plastic for rubbish is so helpful to keep the kitchen clean. The washing machine is helpful to get our shirts dry faster after swimming. Overall i recommend this place and will be super duper excellent with those extra pillow and mattress. ❤️

High value accommodation at a good price, Simeon was in contact with us throughout the stay. At check-in, he was waiting for us at the front desk, explaining everything. He was very kind and helpful. The amenities of the place were perfect, everything was functional. The washer dryer is very useful. We also visited the pool on the 6th floor, the water was clean and the atmosphere by the pool was very nice. Location is within walking distance to markets, shopping center, and especially to the harbor. We will definitely visit again. Strongly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Roseanne is a great host. She handed out the liftcard and welcome us herself at the lobby. A warm welcoming feeling. Nicely and tasteful decorated place. The view of the sea was terrific. Location is superb for a stay in a city and to get to the islands ( sapi , manukan etc ) nearby kota kinabalu. Plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance. Overal a great place a short getaway for us

The location is strategic, which place in the central of the city. Took 10-15 min drive to all attractions and restaurants in KK. The house suitable for a big group and clean. The host is responsive and always ready to help. Overall, it’s worth to stay.

Casa Yolo is very enthusiastic, we are more than 4 o'clock in the morning, we also have staff to check in, there is a problem with daily problems and very timely. The room is very clean and the balcony is very clean and you can see Gaya Street🥰 next to the sea, there is orange shopping is convenient downstairs, imago is also close to 1.6km, there are a lot of durian under the bridge next to the bridge, you can go buy some in the afternoon.😄

This is a great place to stay where it is accessible to many store in the shopping mall. Although it is only 1 night over there, but it really gives us a very good experience & impression. The unit was clean and accommodating. We checked in late (10ish pm) due to unavoidably reasons. We had a minor problem with the bedroom lights as we figured out it could be the bulbs or the switches as the aircond, tv and socket were useable. I’ve informed the person incharged about the lights. But told them not to worry much since it’s not a biggie issue and we’d managed without it. They said maintenance will be send the next morning. Overall, all is good. 👍🏻😊

Good place, as described, great views, comfortable for 5. All the basics covered plus unexpected and really appreciated breakfast. Good service.

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

Great place for family, clean, comfortable, downstairs is shopping mall, free parking & swimming pool, playground for kids. Host is very kind, helpful & responding. Will stay again in this place.

The location is ideal, within walking distance of tourist attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it easy to pick up groceries or enjoy local meals. Additionally, the hosts were very kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any questions we had.
