Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.

The apartments are located in the city center in a historic tenement house. The price of PLN 150 applies to the rental of one apartment for one night
