Apartment vacation rentals in Kosñipata

We were a family of five (all adults). Four bedrooms with four en suite bathrooms was important to us so everyone could have private space. There is also a powder room. We had just finished the Inca Trail so access to a washing machine was also important. The apartment is in a fantastic location- so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. We felt very safe- the apartment is in a gated compound. We did not cook as we opted to eat out, but the kitchen is well equipped for those who want to. The owners were very responsive and communication was excellent. We did have to ask for a heater as it got a bit chilly at night which the owners provided. The apartment is a rare find in Cusco and we highly recommend!!

Sadly we couldn’t stay longer. I wish I would’ve booked this place for longer but we had a lot of tours to do so we came later in the night and left early in the morning. Only thing I would say is bring Shampoo and conditioner. Other than that he was responsive and the people around the hotel were so kind and helped us find our way.

Very comfortable stay in a new building, that is only 10 minutes walking to the central plaza. Bed was very large and comfortable, and having our own washer/dryer combo unit inside the apartment was really nice. We had no problems at all with noise. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

If you’re visiting Cuzco, this is the place to stay! Absolutely worth every penny — the apartment is cozy, warm, and truly feels like a home away from home. The 24/7 hot water was a huge plus, especially in the cooler mountain climate. This stay made my first time in Cuzco unforgettable. The host was incredibly informative, attentive, and flexible, always available to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended!!!!

Muy lindo y cómo departamento, con todo lo necesario, alejando del centro (8 minutos en uber), en un lugar tranquilo. Denise fue muy amable y contestó todas mis dudas, además de ayudarme a coordinar traslados al aeropuerto y contactarme con un guía turista para resolver mis dudas.

Estuve alojado dos noches con mi esposa en el Airbnb de Miluska. Desde un inicio, la comunicación con ella fue bastante fluida y recibimos la mejor atención. Siempre estuvo atenta a nuestra comodidad. El departamento es amplio y hermoso, con una decoración tradicional que recuerda a San Blas. Estaba completamente equipado y todo en muy buen estado. La ubicación, muy estratégica, cerca de la Plaza Regocijo y de la Plaza de Armas. Quedamos encantados y sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos allí en nuestra próxima visita a Cusco. Esta experiencia quedó en nuestro corazón y fue parte de este memorable viaje a Cusco.

we had a great time staying at Adriana's place. The place was spotless clean, it is exactly like in the pictures, very nice. tastefully decorated, we felt right at home. there is a nice garden that has sofas and chairs that you can relax in. The location was perfect for us in the place is very quiet. Adriana went above and beyond as a host and was great to communicate with. we had a little accident and she took care of everything. overall, we are very satisfied with our stay, with the place, with the location, and with Adriana. as added bonus, the location has a place where you can drop your bags of you arrive early or for whatever reason. highly recommended.

The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. Tea, coffee and coco leaves were left for the guests who were coming. Please know that they do not provide any flexibility regarding check-out time. But there was an office where we could put our belongings and the apartment attendant was very friendly and helpful. This place was wonderful. Gorki met us warmly late in the evening to give us a tour of the apartment. It was much bigger than we anticipated yet so comfortable and cozy. Gorki helped us with several questions about the area and local tours. The location is ideal. Walkable to markets, restaurants & the mall. We loved our stay.

I didn’t get the opportunity to stay the night as planned at the Airbnb because we had some flight delays. But I was able to enjoy a few hours after I landed in Cusco so it was very nice to relax and the beds were very comfy. The space is a bit tiny, so I think one night is perfect. It does come equipped with everything you would need. If you have large check in bags, it will be quite difficult to attempt bringing them upstairs because the space is so tight. I appreciate Benjamin’s flexibility of allowing a later check out time because that extra 30 minutes made such a big difference!

Arriving in Cusco, Peru in May, we were looking for a base to see the sights and be close to the town center and Margaritas apartment fitted the bill! We were able to relax, and unwind after some longs days on excursions. Bedrooms and Bathrooms all met expectations. The apartment was clean and offered all facilities required. A gas heater for colder evenings, TV /internet and good cooking equipment (we only used this for a lunch on one day, as the restaurants are easy to reach and very affordable) We had no problems reaching the town centre/markets, only a few mins walk (down hill), there is a small shop opposite for drinks and snacks and the prices are very good. Main tips: Use Uber for taxis, try restaurants away from the main areas and take it easy on your first night

We stayed in a lovely two-bedroom apartment inside a traditional hacienda, and it was absolutely perfect for our time in Cusco. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully integrated into a quiet, peaceful setting ideal for resting after long days of exploring. At night it did get quite cold (as expected in Cusco), but the apartment had portable heaters in each room, which made a big difference. The host was consistently responsible, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. He even connected us with a reliable transportation service, which made our travel plans much smoother.

Inka View Apartments was absolutely amazing!!! The view was spectacular! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable from bringing new gas up to the top floor for our heater and making sure we had oxygen when one of us had altitude sickness. They were available whenever needed. We can’t thank you enough for the amazing hospitality and making sure we were ok. 100% recommend!

Cute AirBnb <10 mins walk to the historical center. Right next to a supermarket in a very safe and modern building. The apartment had everything I needed and was very well laid out. Carla was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend

Katy welcomed us to the apartment with a smile, flowers and clear instructions. When we had trouble unlocking the door at first, she came immediately to help us out. She replied to our questions quickly and helpfully. The apartment is on the 6th floor in a quiet building, away from street noise, and right around the corner from the bustling Ttio market where everything is available. Only 8 minutes by car to the airport. Maybe fifteen minutes to the Plaza de Armas. Taxis always handy. Katy is delightful.

Wir waren 3 Personen und die Wohnung war für uns alle perfekt. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung gross, sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir hatten ein weig kalt in der Wohnung, jedoch wurde uns gleich eine Heizung gebracht, was sehr gut wärmte. Wenn uns was gefählt hat, konnten wir es mitteilen und es wurde uns gleich gebracht. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Lindo departamento. Muy bien equipado y cómodo para pasar unos días bonitos en Cusco. Hay full restaurantes cerca, tottus, Mercados, farmacias y un gym a una cuadra. Muy Recomendable.

Great stay ! The place was amazing and comfortable with everything we needed . It looked better than the pictures immaculate conditions . Sergio was a great host , very responsive and friendly . Recommend 10/10 . We are looking forward to come back and stay here again .

Great for Remote Work & Longer Stays We extended our trip and chose this apartment for its central location—close to everything, yet quiet even when the streets are busy. It’s easy to access, and the hosts were very responsive throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was strong both inside and on the rooftop, perfect for working remotely. We appreciated having real hot water, a well-equipped kitchen with seasonings, and enough basics like toilet paper. There's even a washer, which is rare around here. Comfortable, convenient, and ideal for a longer stay.

Great value for money right in the heart of Centro Histórico. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the main square and close to shops, restaurants, and key sights. The property is spacious and beautifully designed, with a sala that resembles a chapel. The building feels very secure, and check-in was smooth and flexible. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay central without breaking the bank.
