The accommodation is located in the Terasa housing estate, directly opposite the new hospital. The advantage is quick access to the city center, about 10 minutes on foot. Universities such as UPJŠ, TUKE, Faculty of Medicine also within walking distance, as well as shopping centers Galéria and Cassovar. The bus stop is right in front of the accommodation and about 2 minutes walk is the tram stop. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The apartment is newly renovated.
