Communication with the nice hostess was effective and very helpful. The entire stay went smoothly. The apartment was incredibly clean and very well equipped 😊

Ivan is a great host, extremely responsive and also very nice. The place is central, made with good taste, great design, comfortable and well equipped. Surroundings are full of shops and restaurants but the area is still quiet enough for rest. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment was a spacious, clean and comfortable space. Soňa's instructions were clear and it was easy self-check in I would absolutely recommend Soňa and her apartment if you are staying in Kosice.

The advantage of the apartment is definitely its location due to the proximity to the city center. The apartment is located on the first floor. For a one-bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, well-equipped. Ideal for an individual or a couple. Last but not least, I would like to point out the communication with Viktor, who responded very quickly to all questions, as well as provided instructions for accommodation in a timely and very concise manner. A pleasant bonus was the provision of refreshments and drinks in the accommodation, which I have not yet encountered. I definitely recommend it!

This apartment has been renovated to a wonderful standard, lots of attention to detail has gone into creating this. Additionally, the whole place was one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. The host was responsive and helpful throughout and I would book here again next time I come back to Kosice.

Extremely kind, flexible, helpful Transient Lodging Tax. The apartment is sparkling clean, comfortable, really cozy. We had a great time. We arrived with my 2 young adult children, a camass and 2 dogs in the evening after a running race. Roman was very quick to help us find it and did his best to help us relax undisturbed. I can recommend it to everyone, and I would love to go back again.

Miriam was lovely, gracious and a kind host and we loved staying at her place. It was well taken care of and very clean and nice. Right next to public transit as well and close to the main square. Would recommend.

Accommodation sought at the last minute in the later hours, but despite this, the host responded promptly and immediately after verification informed us of the subsequent accommodation and check-in. Pleasant and clean environment and beautiful view.

Very clean place with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown. Simona allowed us to check in early to accommodate us when arriving early which was very much appreciated.

We felt like in our very comfortable home, a perfect apartment for 2 people, the location is very central. It would be nice to have a kettle, maybe a filter coffee machine to make tea, and I think it would be more appropriate to put tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. I think it is not very appropriate to ask us to dispose of the garbage (because the cleaning fee is charged)

Very nice space, located near the old town and near the main station

Everything was perfect. Condition correspond to provided photos. Very clean, quiet, comfortable apartments. Location comfortable and easy to get to any part of the city. Highly recommend.

Book this place now! So spacious, brand new, beautifully designed, huge bathroom with endless hot water, well stocked, quiet location, safe, easily walkable to many cafés and restaurants. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Pay particular attention to the check-in instructions that the host send well in advance as it gives you an easy way to check yourself in and out. He also met us at the unit and was responsive if we needed anything. One of the best things was our flight arrived six hours before check-in and for a small fee the host permitted us to move our check up time so we weren’t waiting outside the unit for a long time. Definitely stay here!

The place was super clean and well situated very near to where all the action is. It was so convenient to have a grocery store so close by. And it was very quiet.

Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the city center (St Nicholas cathedral). On-site parking was a huge plus. We enjoyed Netflix on the provided TV on this cold night

Great Stay with Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, situated conveniently between the railway station and the city center. (both 5-10 mins) The recent renovation is evident, as everything felt fresh and modern. Self-checkin was seamless, and the host was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for amazing staying. Apartment is much bigger then looks on pictures. Landlord was very nice and friendly wait me till midnight hand me keys and explain me everything. Also he give me bottle of champagne wich was very nice gesture. Definitely can recommend! And i see you in summer again 🤝
