The house is located near the town of Raduń, a few kilometers away from the Dziemiany - Chojnice route. On one side, the house is surrounded by fields, on the other by a pine forest. Lake Brzeźno, 800 m away, is great for swimming and water sports. There is a lot of space for recreation in the garden. There are chairs, tables, umbrellas, a barbecue and a fire pit, and a sandpit.

This is a very unusual house, because you rent it exclusively with the entire property, half of which is occupied by a completely private lake. The property also includes: a private forest, an ecological garden and orchard, a park, a tennis court and a volleyball court. On site you have a water bike, a fishing boat, deckchairs, sports equipment. The house has room for 18 adults in 8 bedrooms. There are also 2 living rooms and a terrace with a summer kitchen. For an extra fee, you can use the sauna and hot tub with jacuzzi.

Two atmospheric, fireplace-heated cottages for rent, Gawra Niebieska with a covered hot tub, and Zielona with a hot tub with a jacuzzi option. Kayaks, SUPs and a playground are at your disposal. Each cottage has its own fire pit and barbecue area. In addition, there is a dry sauna in the complex. The complex is designed for relaxation, regeneration and active recreation. Due to the nature of this place, it is not a complex intended for organizing events. The exception is New Year's Eve.
