The building is located in a pedestrian zone, but there are enough parking spaces nearby. The station is a 10-minute walk away and the local supermarket is across the street.

The kitchen and bathroom are modern and there is central heating and wifi. Huize Carmiggelt is at the edge of a quiet holiday park, directly adjacent to the forest (Hoge Kempen National Park). "De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city, 300m from the market. The attic room is on the 2nd floor. There is a double box spring (+ crib). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest.
