Amazing apartment, we stayed for one week and loved it. The location is amazing, it's walkable to two subway stations on two lines for easy access to the city. Woojin was a helpful and responsive host, thanks to him we had no issues with our holiday and he was proactive to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. 10/10 would stay here again if we're back in Seoul.

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

I had a pleasant stay with John. He is a genuinely kind and helpful host, always ready to assist with any request or concern promptly. The accommodation was reasonably priced and well-maintained—ideal for two people, though a bit compact for three. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, made even better by John's warm hospitality.

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. Apartment looks a little bigger than it actually is in the photos and the upper floor is quite dark. The place is still a 10/10. I felt at home after a short time. The amenities and condition of the apartment were immaculate. A beautiful view from the roof terrace, plenty of towels and everything right nearby. 7 Eleven 2 min walk. If I come to Gangnam again, I will definitely book this place again! Thank you for this lovely stay! :)

The outdoor terrace was so nice. Seoul Station was also nearby, so the location was so good. I recommend it to others!!!!

The space was clean, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view of the beach and the iconic Gwangandaegyo Bridge—absolutely stunning, both day and night. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay right by the beach and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Busan!

✨Perfect✨ location, 5 mins to airport bus/metro station, lots of cafes and shops around. Very spacious room with a huge terrace. The host was super friendly and responded right away to all the inquiries🥰 The only downside for us was the stairs but that's because we had huge suitcases. Oh, and the construction right across starts at 7 am 🥲

This was such a wonderful stay experience for our group of four friends!! JinHyang went above and beyond—not only with the house itself but with the amenities, the local recommendations, and even making sure we had bread during our stay 💓 The place was gorgeous and filled with plants, useful items, and even cute hair clips to borrow for the day. First of all, it was a perfect accommodation for me who needed a rest. It was the best place to be with my pet. Silbenejip, which has a mountain view that my husband and I can wake up to and have a glass of tea, and a perfect lawn and yard for our 10-month-old Shiba, Sanyi, to enjoy. We go to Busan once a year, and from now on, we plan to stay with Sanyi. Thank you to the warm owner who treated me comfortably while I was there:) Stay healthy

You answered a lot of questions very quickly, and it was a nice place to relax and unwind.

It was a comfortable stay—very convenient in many ways as well. Yoony was really responsive and hospitable. The house also looked its name, Art House. I’d stay here again! It’s a bit of a hike to get here from the bus station so those with knee problems should keep that into consideration. The alley in front is narrow so sometimes taxi drivers want you to walk where they are. That said, I’m in my 60s and did fine!

It seems to be closer than you said.. It was close to the subway station and really close to Mangwon Market, so it was fun to look around the market and explore the restaurants. There were many houses around the half-past specialty store and fruit shops with good prices, so I was able to shop comfortably and abundantly. It was hot, so I only used the grill, but it happened to rain, so it was cool, and I was able to enjoy the rooftop with a really good mood. It was nice that it was quiet at a late hour since the market was close..! I'm grateful to be able to spend time here as if I'm out of the city center of Seoul, and I'm leaving with good memories. The host explained things in detail, and I recommend it for making good memories. The bed was also cozy and comfortable.

There were many parking spots, and it was comfortable to separate the garbage. 4. It was nice to have a dining table where many people could sit and eat and play. - 1. It's a very nice place to stay. The amenities, such as tableware and towels, are plentiful, and it's clean and well-structured. I particularly liked the large wooden table. It was also good for cooking and putting down your luggage. It's also great for grilling meat in the yard. The feedback was quick, and the scenery was nice. The party asked to come here next time. Thanks to the friendly host, the whole family was able to have a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The seaweed you gave me in the evening was one of the best seaweed I've had so far. Next time I go on a trip to Geojedo, of course I will choose it again.

I loved it for healing with my family.

It is a very local and comfortable rooftop room located on Tongdak Street. It's a rooftop, but privacy is definitely protected, and the space is spacious without lacking. There are extra futons and pillows, so it's very comfortable, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen are very clean. It's pretty when the lights are on on the rooftop. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was very good. You helped me a lot so that I could rest very comfortably during my stay.
