Our cabin is situated on our farm and is set amongst the trees and greenery. We are 2.5kms from the CBD PO on a quiet dead end road. The cabin has all the mod cons for a lovely peaceful stay after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You have your own private entrance and a carport for your vehicle. The property is a wildlife sanctuary so you can enjoy the birds that abound in the trees but please no pets. We have our own who we are happy to share with you during your stay.

Laura not only has carefully crafted this place in a lovely style, everything was extremely clean and of great quality. The ducted AC and gas hot water was an added bonus. I travelled with my two children, both of them felt right at home during our stay.

The exterior of the house features a brick facade with a prominent gabled roof. Two garage doors are presented on the ground level, and large windows above provide natural light, framed by sheer curtains. Landscaping includes well-maintained greenery on either side.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laura’s lovely studio! The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. One of the best things about this place is the location. It’s just a 14-minute walk to the supermarket, restaurants, and 3 mins walks to public transport, which made everything so convenient. Whether I needed a quick bite, groceries, or to get around the city,everything was within easy reach Thank You Laura!

Our second visit to ‘The short street cottage’. Needless to say the place didn’t stop amazing us everytime. The walk to creek and soaking in therapautic warm sun a perfect get away from a busy week! Well stocked pantry, cozily setup interiors, warm fireplace & goodies to welcome us, this place is well worth to visit. Villa Poulos was everything we needed for a family stay in Tamworth for a long weekend. The house has been beautifully furnished, has a well equipped kitchen, lots of storage and very comfy beds. Also nice and warm and cost for winter. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Matthew’s home was easy to access with directions received. Home was cosy & clean . Only thing we were a bit confused about when we arrived was the beds weren’t actually in rooms however wasn’t really an issue , we enjoyed our time looking after Matthew’s air bnb for a short stay . Highly recommended to others .

This place was honestly a gem. Super clean, super cosy, and somehow every room was the “good” room, which meant no dramatic rock-paper-scissors battles over who slept where. The vibe was simple, stylish, and actually felt like a home (not one of those overly staged ones where you’re afraid to sit on anything). Also, shoutout for the thoughtful extras : bread, milk, cereal, OJ, spreads… it was super helpful for a bunch of unorganised boys. Thanks for making our Tamworth stay feel like we had our own little HQ. We’ll be back (and we still won’t fight over rooms).

We had a lovely stay at John and Jess’s place in Tamworth. The space was small but cosy, just right for me and my two daughters. Communication with John was great throughout, and even when there was a small hiccup with the gate clicker, he was so helpful and sorted it out straight away. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, milk, and cereal waiting for us, especially as we arrived quite late. I was so grateful to be able to have a cup of tea after our long drive, and then having something to give the kids for breakfast in the morning was the icing on the cake. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us warm during the chilly June weekend. A great little spot, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Tamworth. Thank you!
