Vacation rentals in Komitsa Beach

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

It was a really great stay! The hosts welcomed us with huge portion of local home made food and it was possible to see they love their house from the way they show it to the guests. So living in a loved place is always nicer. We stayed with two children: 4 and a half and one and a half y. o. and we think the place is just perfect for a stay with children as it has a very nice, spacious garden . The road to the nearest beach which some of the comments said wasn’t good appeared to be not so bad at all for us. Probably getting with a stroller would be harder, but we used to go without so was quite ok. The nearest beach is also very nice although other close beaches where you get by car were a bit more beautiful and cleaner. We would be very happy to come again. So far this is our favorite place in Greece. Gorgeous spring bird’s singing in the garden is something which has to be mentioned separately!

Димитра отзывчивая и отличная хозяйка.В квартире есть все необходимое для жилья ,чисто и уютно.Очень хорошее местоположение,вид с балкона на море и горы.Рядом замечательные рестораны с свежими морепродуктами.Нам все понравилось.Рекомендуем.Если приедем в будущем то только к ней.

Мы прекрасно провели месяц! Жильё полностью соответствует описанию! Всё необходимое для отдыха с ребёнком было! Терраса прекрасная, в цветах! Пляжи рядом, маленькие супермаркеты, мясная и рыбная лавки, прекрасная современная кофейня, таверны, всё рядом! Благодарим Китти и Хелен за представленные условия для прекрасного отдыха!!!!

Ein wirklich magischer Ort. Eine so wunderschöne Insel für sich zu haben ist wirklich einmalig!

Great vacation. Greece is one love for sure ! Location: it is in quite place with PERFECT view. The best view maybe in Ouranopolis. 2 min walk to the nearest shop and tavern. Wild Beach is across the road with stairs - 5 min walk. City Center is 10 mins walk with a lot of shops, restaurants, boat rentals and so on Parking: on the street near apartment. No problem at all. There is free parking 50m up the street if you can't find the place near the house. Apartment: perfect in everything. Big, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, 2 balconys with super view. Very comfortable dining and kitchen. We didn't cook a lot actually because taverns around are so tasty, that it is a crime to cook !! But, if you have small children - you will find everything for cooking ! I liked that there was everything: sugar, salt, differnt oils, coffee, tea, wasching machine. You don't need to think about it. A lot of helpful info was provided as well. It is worth to visit and enjoy this area of Greece!

We spent great five days at Konstantinos' villas. the house is with excellent design, function and supplied with all necessary amenities. the beautiful private beach is just in front of the villas. Our kids had great time with the paddle boards, available for the guests. there was a daily maid care, which in my experience is a rare service for aurbnb Konstantinos was a great host, hospitable and always responsive. Would definitely come back.
