Our lovely house is located in the heart of the Etyek wine area in a quiet, peaceful environment, 25 kms from Budapest. It offers four friendly bedrooms, stylish dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate entertainment area with sauna upstairs. The spacious backyard hides a playground, outdoor BBQ and dining areas. There are many wineries, a golf course, a filmstudio, botanical gardens, restaurants, horse riding and many more nearby. Pretty villa in a nice Budapest suburb on the prestigious and beautiful Buda side near the French and American schools. Our Villa will is equipped with a bathing pond. It is a water ecosystem which means that no chemicals are necessary to keep the water healthy, only a filtration system and some biodegradeable solutions. It also means that, like a natural lake, the water can be murky sometimes.
