Unsere 2025 fertiggestellte Waldvilla ist umringt von zahlreichen Kiefernbäumen und liegt direkt im Küstenwald nur 200m entfernt vom wunderschönen Sandstrand des Seebads Lubmin. Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus, bestehend aus zwei miteinander kombinierbaren Einheiten. Zusammen mit dem Haus "Gustav" und dem angrenzenden Tiny House "Franz" bietet unsere moderne Waldvilla Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste in einmaliger Umgebung direkt im Kiefernwald.

Unsere Wohnungen befinden sich auf einem in Süd-West-Lage ausgerichteten, über 1.000 qm großen umzäunten Gartengrundstück. Die zwei im Fachwerkstil erstellten, modern und gemütlich eingerichteten Häuser liegen an einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße (Sackgasse). Der großzügig angelegte Garten mit jeweils zwei Grillplätzen und einem wetterfesten Unterstand, Sonnenliegen sowie einem abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen, steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Unsere Privatwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Balkon und innenliegendem Bad mit Duschwanne. Im Hauskomplex stehen Schwimmbad, Sauna, kleiner Fitnessraum und Wäscheraum zur kostenlosen Verfügung. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz sowie Fahrradstellplätze können ebenfalls genutzt werden. Der ruhige Strand ist ca. 200 entfernt. Die Kurtaxe wird im Vorraus noch separat abgerechnet.
