We offer our tiny house, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be rented from a minimum of 2 nights are booked. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. There is a bus stop nearby. Wi-Fi is available, but very, very bad.

Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a village character. Within walking distance 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and ideally accessible by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

I booked for my aunt. This was very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable right away. Room and bathroom very tastefully decorated. Even a coffee machine and of course coffee, filters, etc. are there. The room has direct access to the terrace, which can be shared. View of the paradise garden. I am happy to host guests here again at any time.

Alpay's air-conditioned apartment was beautiful. The four of us felt very comfortable. Cool technology gadgets made the stay special. Especially the projector provided a great atmosphere at night. The nearby lake is worth a visit! Alpay was nice and always responded quickly. Check-in was straightforward.

Apartment is well equipped. We were able to chain bicycles to the railing in the private parking lot. We did not find the surroundings beautiful, except for Schwetzingen Castle. Maria is a nice host and quickly answered questions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tinyhouse! Everything was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The three of us felt completely comfortable. We lacked nothing in the kitchen, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The garden and surroundings are quiet and idyllic – perfect for switching off. There are beautiful bathing lakes and nice restaurants nearby.

I've been traveling with Airbnb for over a decade. The standard here is equivalent to a hotel and is far above what I would expect from Airbnb. The apartment is equipped with high quality, they really thought of everything. The contact with Ulrike and Harald, but also every single employee was super nice and fast. On the ground floor there is a beautiful café with everything your heart desires. I was there with several guests who can't eat different foods and everyone found something that tasted great. Jörg immediately sent me the info regarding check-in, rules for the stay, etc. The room was well maintained, with towel, fan, ample storage space, etc. Bathroom and kitchen were in good condition and there were even some hot drinks in the kitchen. I'd love to come back!
