Guest suite in villa area - 20 min to/from city center

Modern guest suite in a separate part of a detached house built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city center. The guest suite is 28 sqm and rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of a bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Also included in the rent are TV with chromecast, towels, bed linen and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 minutes takes you to Oslo city center. The bus runs every 15 minutes.

Get the feeling of being in the countryside, while it is close to the train station (4 min walk) with 12 min to Oslo. The apartment is within walking distance to Kolbotn city center, with shops/restaurants, and train/bus to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The Well, Northern Europe's largest spa. You can rent 3 Sup and rowing boat located in the garden (only summer season). Combine Oslo tour with peace and quiet.

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

The location is central and it takes 12 minutes by train to Oslo. Hvervenbukta, which is a fantastic swimming area and hiking area, is within walking distance. 15 min drive to Tusenfryd which is Norway's largest amusement park. 5 minutes by car to Rush trampoline park which is fun for both children and adults! There is 1 double bed (160cm), a guest bed and mattress are available as sleeping places.
