Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. This villa is a gem of a property resting on a peaceful area of the massive Koggala Lake about 15 km from the historic town of Galle. It has a private jetty & it's possible to hire a boat with driver to go on a sunrise or sunset cruise around the lake. There is one bedroom upstairs with an. open plan ensuite bathroom. A 2nd double & a small twin room suitable for children are on on the ground floor. All are air con as well as over head fans. The villa comes with a Chef + house staff.
