Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys of 6 and 7 years as well as two curious dogs and a cat. Centrally located in the middle of Zealand between Køge and Ringsted and with quick access to the highway to the east, west, south and north. Everyone is welcome - including craftsmen! The apartment is on the first floor. It is 112 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, dining room/living room in the same room, kitchen with small dining area and bathroom with bathtub. There are four single beds and one double bed. There is free coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as well as laundry soap for the entire stay.

You will be close to everything when you live our townhouse. Three minutes walk from Køge station with fast train connections to Copenhagen. The home is on the pedestrian street overlooking Sankt Nikolai church in a quiet farm. Private parking space in the yard, two double bedrooms and a small children's room with bunk bed. There is the possibility of an extra child. From all the bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony. From the living room there is access to the terrace. We don't have a TV package, but a screen to stream on.

In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Cleaning fee of 450kr includes a linen package. If you want to bring your own towels, bed linen, dish towels, the cleaning fee is DKK 200. The difference of 250 DKK will be paid after arrival.
