House near Copenhagen and the beach

4 bedroom villa with a wery nice garden and furniched terrasse. We have two bedrooms with dobblebeds and one bedroom with two singlebeds. We have two ekstra matresses to put on the floor. The house is located a 5 min. walk from the local shoppingcenter with many nice shops. and restaurants. 8 min. walk to the train station, from where you can go to Copenhagen centralstation in 30 min.Trains depart for Copenhagen every 10´th. min. Distance to the beach is a 10 min. walk. Tre beach has fine white sand and the water is safe for small children. The house has all modern comodeties: Dishwasher, internet, fireplace, tv, dvd, stereo. . . . If you have children they are wellcom to play with our childrens toys. . . Duves, bedlinnen and towels are included. There are two parkingplaces in front of the house. The neighborhood is wery friendly and quiet.

A spacious wooden deck is featured, furnished with comfortable seating arrangements. Large windows allow natural light into the interior space, which offers a view of the surrounding greenery. A decorative plant adds a touch of color, complementing the overall tranquil environment.

Cheerful villa in good location for all

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. There is plenty for children and adults who just want to relax, enjoy the beach or laze in the garden. The house has three beds, two regular double beds and a bunk bed for children. The bunk beds measure 90 * 180 each. Otherwise, the house has kitchen, living room, playroom, large driveway, large wooden terrace with various furniture arrangements, gas grill, swimming pool (for children) 2 * 3 * 0.8 meters. S-train to Copenhagen and shopping with more about 4-5 minutes walk from the house.

Lovely apartment on farm with animals

Family friendly home on farm. View of horses from the kitchen window. Unique opportunity for the animal lover. On the farm there are petting rabbits, donkeys, cats and dogs. Lovely fenced garden with patio and grass. There is a larger communal garden with a play stand with slide and swings. There may be noise from neighboring apartment and animals. The apartment has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Nice little kitchen with access to garden. Lovely large bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Wonderful house 500m from Beach and bird sanctuary

Relax with your family in this peaceful home. There's room for coziness, cooking, and indoor board games. Garden with trampoline and possibility to sleep in a small cabin in the garden. Light up the grill on our lovely terrace, it is possible to extend the evening by turning on the patio heater. Remember mosquito repellent. The beach is a small walk of 7 min from the house 2 min walk to S-train connection 35 min to Copenhagen Central Station. It is possible to charge an electric car ( type 2).

Welcome to our newly renovated penthouse in an 1800s house, located on the main street in Køge. The penthouse features a master bedroom, a guest room with an office and a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a bathroom. From the living room, you can access a small balcony with a gas grill, which leads to a staircase down to your private parking. Only a 3-minute walk to the train and 10 minutes to the sea.

Large well-equipped home

The home is well equipped with many amenities in the kitchen - if you want to unfold on the culinary front . There is a barbecue in the garden and many outdoor furniture to enjoy the summer in. Double carport. It is about 2 km to the station that can take you to Copenhagen in about 40 minutes or the opposite way to Jutland. About 10 km to the highway, It's usually my private home so there are not empty cabinets in the kitchen if you need a lot of freezer space, let me know in advance.

Great newly renovated villa offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 rooms on the first floor share a balcony facing the sea (limited seaview due to trees). 1 room connects to a bathroom. The living room has a balcony facing the pool and a lounge to enjoy the sun/sunset in the afternoon/evening. Downstairs, the dining room connects with the fully equipped kitchen (Quooker, Winefridge, Espresso maker). On the groundfloor you also find a large bedroom and another bathroom (Spa/shower).

Stay in rural surroundings with access to Vallø Storskov overlooking open fields and forest. Lovely living room with large lovely dining area with lovely views. In the small kitchen with both dishwasher and stove you can prepare a good meal. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a nice shower area as well as a washing machine. The first floor has a large bright room with three sleeping places and a French balcony.

All-yr summer feeling, 300 m > beach/30 min > CPH

Only 300 m. from the most beautiful white sand beach, our old summerhouse is located. Lots of light, and a completely undisturbed garden in a very quiet area. The house is well suited for families with 4 dedicated bedrooms. Kitchen, dining and lounge/TV area in open room. Two bathrooms. 2 floors. Sauna.
