The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

In-law adjacent to the house, but with own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. A room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide knocked out) and a TV with a kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (120 cm wide knocked out). The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
