Sumantha is a very friendly host. Helphul and caring. it's a cozy place. Terrase is really nice. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. All in all a nice place. I can recommend it

Clean and convenient. Pretty well located (near the park). Shopping plaza opposite. Coffee shop and library on second level is great for working.

This place was incredible. It is not very far from Khon Kaen center, while also being far enough away off the main roads that you won’t hear any traffic. The unit we rented was clean and had all the ammenities we wanted. The A/C was very effective in the bedrooms and the kitchen was well furnished, but thats just the basics. The property is so wonderful. With a lovely pond with the sounds of fish occasionally breaching the surface, it was very tranquil. There is so much open space on the downstairs and greenery surrounding to make it picture-esque. when upstairs you can enjoy the pastoral views of rice fields next door. And of course I can’t forget to mention how lovely our host was. so kind, accomodating, and approachable. Her hosting skill is only matched by her gardening. Love them and support them!

1. Convenient location (7-11 convenience store if you leave the complex, there is a Lotus supermarket. There were a lot of restaurants and a lot of students, so the price was shockingly cheap. There is also a Korean restaurant across the street.) 2. The people were very kind and kind. (Everyone I met was really polite and lovely) 3. Detailed instructions from the host (I was able to prepare without worrying because they delivered the information in advance) 4. Comfortable and clean house condition (all amenities were prepared. Even laundry detergent and softener)
