Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kodiak Island Borough

Michelle went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of during my first visit to Kodiak. A quaint home away from the city, I was greeted by two adorable cats periodically throughout my stay. The outdoor patio was too beautiful a view to explain, and i had a quiet afternoon of reading and journaling while listening to birds and gazing at mountains. Michelle made sure I had coffee, treats, and even had a slice of rhubarb coffee cake ready for me as a goodbye. She is amazing and I feel as though I’ve gained a really good Kodiak friend. If you like a quiet, beautiful place out of the city, and don’t mind sharing common areas of the house, this is the number one place I’d recommend staying at in Kodiak. Beautiful home, very clean, great size for our family. Large TV and hot tub were a hit! Also appreciated the pack n’ play and toys/games. Had a small hiccup with our check in but it was resolved to our satisfaction. Otherwise good communication with host. Would highly recommend this property.

Born and raised on the island, but staying here felt like a new world! What a beautiful piece of Kodiak. The house was spacious, clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. Jeff and his wife were so kind and opened their beautiful home to our family. Would love to come back and stay again one day. The banya was hot, the views were exceptional, and we loved the peace and tranquillity. Beautiful beaches, four wheeling, paddle boarding and site seeing.

Katrina's home is absolutely lovely and even better than the pictures!! The main living room was open and bright with windows and a great deck. The home is cozy and well appointed, fit all of our needs with our four children, and everything was fully stocked! We literally came in off the plane and had everything we'd need to get settled in for the night. The surrounding property is gorgeous and outdoor areas to hang were so beautiful and inviting. One of our many favorites about the house were the black out blinds, they were AMAZING especially in the summer!! Would love to come back here anytime, you would be lucky to stay at their home. We were stuck on a layover and got weathered in so we weren't there to take advantage of their excursions but we read up on them and they seem really great! Book today, you won't be disappointed!!

Very Nice appartement. Great view, we saw a lot of eagels. Location is good and the hosts are friendly an helpfull. Very Nice they offer a rentalcar as well.

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The kitchen was well stocked, back deck was wonderful to enjoy in the morning & evening, bathrooms/bedrooms were spotless. Everyone kept commenting on how well stocked the place was. Beauitful view too! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Until next time!

Tana is a great Host - this was the second time I have stayed at one of her properties and once again she made everything so easy. She is always responsive and I feel so safe and at home there!

Just what I needed.

The place was beautiful and super clean. The owner was friendly and helpful, very attentive. The water pressure was great with lots of hot water.

We were saddened that the hot tub was not working. So could only give them 5 stars…We had a great time. Local information was very helpful. Caught fish, got to see fox & even a bear. Would definately come again. Thanks so much for sharing your quiet cabin in the woods.

I love this place. I’ve been here before and will be staying again in the fall.
