Very family friendly with lawn/play area, 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Bedrooms have newly updated comfortable bed, fresh linen, comfy pillows and computer desks for remote work. All bathrooms are spacious with stand-in showers with water heaters. Stunning View & Modern Amenities-H2

This was mu first time visiting Kodaikanal and I must say that Vasinya's property not only met but exceeded my expectations. Great surroundings, well maintained and clean house with great amenities. The cartaker Bala anna was extremely kind and always ready to help. It was a very peaceful stay and we loved it. I would totally recommend this place anyday and if I come back to kodai again, this is the first property I would check for availability. Thank you for a memorable stay Bala anna and Vasinya.

A heartfelt Thanks to Vasinya for having us stay at her property. House exactly looked like the pics. very responsive and the caretaker was extremely good. Great place and a very pleasant location with less crowded. A must visit place. Will surely visit again. Overall it was Home away from Home.

She has a really beautiful home. I must say I would visit there again with my friends just to show them how beautiful it looks from the room itself. I wish I could stay more in kodaikanal but had to leave pretty sooon. This is a must go to place if you want a secluded place with BREATHTAKING views. thank you sunita ji.!

Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

We were a bit skeptical at first since the place had no reviews. But taking a leap of faith, we reached this place and were mesmerised by the location, amenities and everything that had been mentioned. The place matched the description aptly and Ahmed was quite responsive throughout our stay. The only hiccup we faced was while using the projector in the bedroom. Apart from that, we loved the place and would want to come back again.
