In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. This is an ocean view room on the sea side of the Gem base in Suma building. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train. Parking is not available on-site, so please use the pay parking lots nearby. The second floor is the main accommodation room, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely. It can be used by a wide range of people, from couples and friends to families with small children and business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large grass terrace facing the sea on the premises ♪ (Please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room. Please read everything. It is located in the center of Namba, so it is easy to go anywhere. The price is quite cheap for Namba neighborhood. You can walk to Kuromon Market, America-mura, Shinsaibashi, Namba Parks, Namba city, Otaku Road, and Denden Town. From Nihonbashi Station, you can go to Kyoto and Nara without changing trains. There is no elevator, so you need to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. If you specify the time, the staff will come to help. **You need to climb very steep stairs, so I don't recommend this room to people who have big suitcases! This apartment is located in my hometown which is safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka. It's easy to access lots of popular and famous places! This is a whole house for a group. There are six rooms: one big room and 5 small rooms. It is near a JR station, JR Hyogo and it takes 15 minutes to Sannomiya, Kobe downtown by a train. You can go to any other famous places or cities within 10-90 minutes by a train. Some fancy restaurants are near the house. The neighbor is quiet so you guys can spend calm time, but you guys need to be quiet too.
