Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ko Pha-ngan District

Having spent a lot of time on KP and having seen & lived in quite a few different homes here I would highly recommend Matilda’s place. Benefits being: it’s private and located in a walled garden. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen is lovely. Bathroom is lovely. Huge living and dining room to relax in. Mosquito screens on all windows and doors were also a major plus. Matilda herself is very friendly and check in was easy. Location is a bit out of the way but we know the island well so that wasn’t a surprise to us. Only takes 10-15 mins to reach the more popular places. Only thing I would say is the second bed is suitable for children but not the best for adults for longer than a few nights. Over all: would definitely recommend.

our stay was simply AMAZING!!!! the villa is really beautiful and has such an amazing interior design. Additionally it was very clean and during our 4 weeks of stay we got cleaning service once a week and clean towels every few days. The owner lives also right next to the house and was always available when we needed support. The cherry o the top was the drinking water supply that is included and also the great coffee machine (not to forget also to mention the Netflix account for rainy days ;) one little remark but this did not bother us is that the location is not the one as on the map so you definitely need a scooter - but if you have one you are pretty fast to get to Srithanu in a few minutes. Thanks a lot for making our stay so wonderful....we will definitely come back and can recommend everyone to experience this beautiful villa

The stay peaceful and beautiful and it was great having so much space. A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into the house and it shows. Our host was friendly and accommodating and even gave us a refund when we had to cancel our last night due to an emergency. Highly recommend!

Very good place To stay in Koh tao

Very nice modern place to stay. Easy to find and easy contact. Only drawback: Next to the rear third bedroom is a small room with a generator or similar, which is extremely noisy at night. So if you have problems with noises, it's better to take earplugs with you. Otherwise, everything is great!

We had an amazing time at the Exotic Villa. Our host Amm was really supportive and kind. They are able to organize everything you need during your stay like scooter rental, taxi service or even massage at the Villa. We felt at home on holiday and will definitely come back.

Spent a week at Tal’s villa and it was spot-on. You’re about 10 steps from the sand, yet trees out front keep things private. House is freshly done, super clean, comfy beds and soft linen—no worn-out stuff here. Kitchen has everything: sharp knives, big fridge, proper espresso machine. We cooked most nights. Biggest win for me was the 1 Gbps fibre. There’s a real work desk with a monitor and an Ethernet cable—Zoom was rock-solid while the kids streamed Netflix. Pool is perfect for cooling off and watching the sunset. Five-minute scooter ride to Thong Sala for food runs. Tal answered every question in minutes and helped arrange scooter rental. All in, great value for a quiet beachfront stay. Would book again without thinking twice.

Great villa, really great everything, close to one of the best restaurants on the island. The only thing that bummed me that there was no protector in the living room. But beyond that the villa is really great

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

We loved our stay at Blake’s villa. They are amazing hosts with one of the best locations on the island. If you get the pleasure of staying here - you won’t want to leave. We even had some monkey sightings from the balcony which was really beautiful.
