Located at a great location. So many places you can walk to. Easy check in. Loved the patio and hot tub. Overall had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Jayden and his staff were awesome! They're quick to respond and very helpful. The location is central with easy access to get you to different parts of the island. The apartment easily accommodated my family of 5. The murphy style bunk bed was fantastic! My kids eyes lid up when they saw how cool it was. The washer and dryer in the unit also came in clutch to having our clothes cleaned and packed for our trip home. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future. Extra stars for the cleanliness. I would highly recommend this place to my closest family and friends. Mahalo Jayden and crew. You folks are awesome!

The host is super quick to respond, appreciate it. The place is small but convenient. The location is great. There is construction going on in the swimming pool area. The place is high up but you can still hear it during the day because we stayed right during the demolition phase. It did not bother us because we were mostly not home all day. But we still could hear it if we left late. I am glad we rented this apt and not any other on lower floors, the noise would be horrific on lower floors.

Amazing place to stay! Only hiccup was the code to the gate/door being incorrect in the message that was sent to me, but after figuring out the correct code, it was a perfect stay!

Everything was wonderful! The spot was perfect! The location is AMAZINGGG!! It’s close by to all the local spots literally two blocks away from the beach. The apartment is well conditioned. Would recommend 1000/10!

This condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It had everything we needed and was very clean, quiet and spacious. Charlie is an amazing host. He was always quick to respond and was very helpful with any questions we had. The beach chairs ans umbrella were an amazing touch and very much appreciated. Something to note, and it's tiny, is that the parking is on level 7 which means you need to park, take an elevator down to the lobby, change elevators and take it up to the unit. Obviously this was not in the control of Charlie, but just something to be noted if you have groceries or lots of bags to bring from your car. We would love to stay at one of Charlie's places again interested future. He is a wonderful host!

Complete remodel - everything was brand new. Clean clean clean! Pretty cool tech gadgets in the condo - auto blinds, water dispenser, smart mirrors. Location is everything, view is second to none.

Great place - such an incredible sunrise and you are literal steps away from the water. It was a great place to really unwind by the pool and away from the bustle of Honolulu! Would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to be in a quieter side of the island with killer views and water access!

What a perfect and quaint place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Condo was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The lanai had the perfect view for sunrises and sunsets. Literally steps away from the beach which was lovely. Host made everything clear during check in and check out, I didn’t even need to contact them for anything! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My wife, son of 3y and I stayed for one week. This places offers great location, good amenities and communicative staff. The unit has the perfect size for a family of 3-4. If you are planning to rent a car you can park in the building for 35$, which is very competitive price in the area. Plenty of options and ranges of prices for eating is also a plus if you are planning to dine out. The building is a hotel and the clientele ranges from young groups, families and elderly. We would come back.

The location was great and the apartment itself was cozy and clean. View from the balcony is great! AC works perfectly. We would stay there again for sure! The downsides only included the hallway to get to the apartment from the elevator smelled like cigarettes and felt quite stuffy. And the kitchen was tiny with low-hanging cabinets, making it a bit hard to cook but still possible! And the kitchen has everything necessary for meal preparation. So we still cooked every day even though it was a bit awkward. Overall super nice apartment, tiny but cozy and is perfectly located within the city. Would love to stay again if we come to Oahu.

I loved the place and free parking. The photos, description, and instructions were all accurate and helpful. Everything was clean and modern. I loved that there were two balconies. There were a few small critters in the apartment, but I think that’s due to the layout of the building. Just so you're aware, the floor where the apartment is located opens directly to the outdoors—more like an open-air walkway than an enclosed hallway. This is probably where the bugs came from. This could have contributed to the noise from outside. Luckily, there was a sound machine, so I slept through it. In the room, there was a hair dryer, hair curler, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The washer and dryer are also located on the same floor with the garbage shoot. Everything is within distance from the apartment, such as Wakiki Beach, tons of restaurants and shops. You don't need to rent a car unless you want to be outside of Wakiki area. We will definitely come back and stay with Tom again!

We just got home from staying here for a week. We came in for a wedding and this place was everything we looked for (and we looked at a lot of places) The description was extremely accurate. We did run out of washcloths a few days in, and even though they normally do not supply housekeeping services, the host ran some over for us! It was extremely appreciated and not at all expected. They were very responsive prior to arrival and while we were there. My entire family rented different units in this building for this trip, and everyone said ours was the best hands down. If I am ever in Hawaii again, I will 100% be staying here again. Oh, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever laid in! 10000000 % recommend.

Peter's place was perfect for our 5 day stay. You are right on the beach with nothing between you and the ocean. You are on the 12th floor with beyond amazing views of the ocean, sunsets, boats, turtles and we even saw a moon rise the last morning. The beach is one of the most pristine beaches I have ever seen. The water is clear, the sand is thick with absolutely zero seaweed. The beach appeared to be about 1/4 -1/2 mile long which I loved to just walk. The sand was so thick that it was a workout to just walk. Even the wet sand was thick! The beach is quiet with just a handful of folks on it at any time. Be aware that the west side of Oahu is the "poorer" section of the island. There are homeless encampments on the public beaches. Since this is a private gated community with 24/7 security there are no issues with homeless folks. We had a car and did lots of sightseeing during the day on the North, South and East side of Oahu. I came for the beach and it did not disappoint.

This Airbnb was fantastic—just like the photos show. The view was stunning, and the host was both friendly and attentive. It offered plenty of amenities and was within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Having a car rental available on-site made getting around incredibly convenient. Thank you for making the place so welcoming and warmth.

Small but nice 1-room apartment. Good for two people. Functionally furnished Amazing view on ocean/beach. Just a 10 min walk to Waikiki Main Street and 15 min to the beach

Great stay and will definitely re-book this for future stays if available. All was as described and clean and in a great location.

Great place ! Everything was within walking distance, great host. The only thing i don’t recommend is if you’re a light sleeper because it has constant ambulance siren so make sure you bring ear plugs. I’m a heavy sleeper so everything was perfect for me. Would book again next time i’m in Honolulu

The condo is exactly as it’s pictured. Nice touches with coffee, water, chocolates, beach towels and chairs. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and nicely renovated. It’s a very walkable location with great food options. The balcony, with a view of the ocean and Diamond Head, was a great spot for morning coffee.
