Great place - basic but well priced and clean and comfortable, with plenty of good coffee. It’s centrally located in a lovely and friendly small town perfect for walking. Very nice staff. Recommended!

Always a great place to stay in Pineville. Excellent to stay downtown and have a place close when seeing a show or staying in Bell Co.

Very clean, host responsive. Only 2 drawbacks. There was construction & no way of knowing where to park without getting towed. And the room was freezing (probably 50 degrees) & no way to change that. The others staying at the house were very nice. We were all in town for the same thing. I would stay here again.

Great quiet spot very close to downtown Pineville, KY. Easy walk to Bell Theater and restaurants downtown. Great bed. Very secure. Great place to stay if you're in the area.
