Very nice place to stay with a fantastic view and the sound of the waves. An absolute insider tip. We were skeptical at first because of the house complex (large concrete block by the sea) and were greeted by a dim, poorly lit hallway on the 10th floor. The adventure of the underground garage was also an experience, since I do not own a small car and the garage dates from a time when people did not plan with such a large car. The charm of the underground garage is also very "special" :-) But.....as soon as you enter the apartment on the 10th floor, any skepticism is gone. The decor is very nice and tasteful. Modern kitchen with good facilities, the folding bed is really very cozy with a mattress that is not laid out. We were very positively surprised. The bathroom is a dream, great facilities and absolutely clean ! The view and the permanent sound of the sea transformed the stay into a fantastic weekend. -> Very happy to come back <-

We had a lovely, almost 1-week-long stay in Katia and Rinus's apartment with our 3-year-old son. Everything was as described, with a fully equipped kitchen. I cooked several meals flawlessly. The oven has a combined microwave function. Everything was functional, the mattresses were comfortable. The apartment was well prepared and clean when we arrived. The view is magnificent! Many things to do around the city: we visited Brugge, Zwin natural park, strand Harendijke, and went to Zeeland in the Netherlands. We came after a 3-day-long city festival, so the city's cleanliness was not the best. Many constructions were ongoing, making parking a bit hectic. Parking is ~1km away (7,5 EUR / day), and a passenger ferry is available on weekends.

We had a pleasant stay in this ideally located and functional apartment. The beach is truly at the foot of the building and the view from up there is breathtaking!

The communication with Tine was excellent from the first moment. The view of the sea and the sky...every sunset in the sea is different every day... incredibly beautiful. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated and very well renovated. It was also handed over really perfectly clean, everything smelled...it is also absolutely practical to have a garage space for the apartment. You can really feel at home in the apartment. Tine is full of cordiality and helpfulness. She gives wonderful tips for the area. What do I say? It doesn't get any better 🙂👍🏼🍀❣️

A nice and cozy apartment with a lot of positive energy. Super views and centrally located for a lot of activities. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just turn on the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

Beautiful fully equipped cottage with friendly and helpful landlords

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the place was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The hostess was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is reachable in a few minutes' walk. The parking space for four vehicles right by the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

We enjoyed the time with Elisabeth very much and felt very comfortable. The house is very stylishly furnished. The cottage was very clean and maintained. There is free parking in front of the door. The central location was just perfect for us as a family with a dog. Many restaurants and the supermarket are around the corner and quick to reach. It's a stone's throw over the dike, and you can enjoy the sea. The friendly communication with Elisabeth went well from the beginning. We would love to come back anytime. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

Koen’s place was perfect! We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be a beautiful and relaxing base to make some day trips from. We loved hanging out in the cozy living room and getting some sun on the balcony. The beach was so close which was a real treat! Koen was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to return in the future ☀️

Very modern, luxurious, comfortable accommodation! The host is very available, friendly and proactive! We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment is just as pictured! Basic equipment is available in the kitchen and basic equipment is also available in the bathrooms (hairdryer, straightening iron, soap, tampons, etc.). The garage is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, but we were able to park right in front of the house to load and unload the car. The garage is narrow, but still usable and very useful as there are only a few public parking spaces available. The ocean views are outstanding! Communication with Sara is friendly and fast

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

Ideal accommodation for 1-2 people, with great views of the North Sea. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful city of Bruges, Ghent and other attractions. The apartment has everything you need, the hostess is very easy to reach and accommodating. This was our second visit to Middelkerke, and we don't rule out a third :)

Very clean, well-equipped accommodation close to everything (shops, city center and beach). Liesbeth is a responsive host. Everything was perfect. Another nice point: the apartment is located close to the train station and tram, which makes it easy to get around when you want to leave the car on site. We did not touch the car during our entire stay and it was safe in a closed parking lot. I would definitely recommend this place that met all of our expectations.
