We had such a lovely stay here at Chubb Hollow Retreat! So spacious and clean and most of the bedrooms had private connecting bathrooms which was ideal for our extended family. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit on the cool evenings we had. We enjoyed checking out Lake Tobias the one day and Shine Coffee Co as well! Would definitely recommend booking a stay here!😊

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very private and peaceful. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed having the fire pit, hot tub and view of the creek. It was definitely worth every penny. We can't wait to come back. We found a little slice of Heaven close to home.

Truly a beautiful little spot tucked away in the woods and quiet and relaxing. The shops at the nearby town were a delight as well.

This was my second time staying here! If you’re looking for a place to get away from everyday life hustle and bustle, this place is for you! It is incredibly peaceful here. Be aware that this place has no WiFi and no cell phone service, however they have a large selection of movies and games. Can’t wait to book another trip here!

We had enjoyed this much needed getaway. It's a peaceful surroundings and loved how everything was within reason. Will definitely go again. It felt like being home but a long way from home. Makes you think to move in the area.

What a gem or place! Very private with lovely views and Creek right next to the house with a swing to swing and watch the water go by. Charles was extremely friendly and we even got to meet him. The place was very homey and quite comfortable with very nice beds. We saw deer turkeys and even an eagle one day. Patio is a perfect place to have a barbecue sit and eat and just unwind. I can see why people book this place multiple times. It was close to ricketts Glen which has wonderful hiking with beautiful waterfalls. There's also a little beach if you want to go for a swim.. definitely recommend this place!

This is the perfect weekend getaway if you're looking for something peaceful and private in the woods (but still close enough to civilization). The house was clean and had everything you could need!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and perfect for a Mother’s Day weekend hiking trip. Great location to Rickett’s Glenn, and was so nice to come back after a long hike! Patricia is very kind and responsive, and we hope to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Tom’s place! It’s tucked away in a beautiful, quiet, very private location. Great porch, great fire pit. Tom was responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a rural area.

Corey’s place was so peaceful and the perfect get away my family needed. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The deck was one of my favorite parts! Morning coffee with the sunrise and evening cards and drinks. We also spent a lot of time by the fire pit and water. Not the best fishing right now because of the weather and flooding. But we will definitely be back!

This place was truly beautiful. If you are a “birder”, this place is so unique. The river, flowers, birds, wildlife, and indoor / outdoor setting of the house was magical. Our family consisting if my wife and I and both sets of our parents stayed for a long weekend and it was incredible. Hawk mountain was also super cool. I hiked to the north lookout which is 1 mile each way with a breathtaking view at the top. Cool rock scrambling hike that wasn’t challenging and tons of fun. We will be back, nooooo doubt.

What a great country location! Whether you’re looking for a weekend get away or a place to work remotely, this spot is for you. Good WiFi so I could work remotely 👍 Super comfy beds! The best part is, Amy has hard or soft beds. So whatever you like, it’s there. There’s a beautiful stream on the property with a spot for a camp fire right next to it! It’s also a great spot to see the stars. This is a country setting, but you’re also close enough to 78 to go to many local attractions. The house was set up well for cooking! I found the house to have everything I needed and it was very comfy and charming.

We had a great time at the cabin! It is a beautiful home with a relaxing setting. We came up for our nephew's graduation at a near by college. It was so nice to get up and sit in the deck and have a cup of coffee and watch the birds and at night have a little campfire with s'mores. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the hospitality.

I had an amazing time staying at Jason's glamping cabin! The property and view was absolutely gorgeous, and the cabin was very peaceful. I enjoyed working on my painting while listening to the babbling brook and horses next to the cabin. The cabin and outhouse were clean and well organized. Lastly, Jason was an awesome host! He proactively reached out with helpful instructions/directions as well as recommendations for hiking trails and restaurants. I highly recommend this option for anyone who would like a peaceful glamping experience on a beautiful horse farm!

We used this space for our wedding party as it's 15 min from Laurel Lodge where we had our wedding. 1000000% recommended for space, location, ample seating and super comfortable beds.
