To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we require a security deposit of RM 300 upon check-in. If a party/buffet is held, an additional venue and cleaning fee of RM 200 will be charged. Our Bungalow (4,800sf) located in PJ Old Town, can accommodate 35pax overnight (could add on mattress (5pax max) with additional cost) and up to 100 pax for event. Please note that our property comfortably accommodates 35 guests, if your group size exceeds this limit or if you plan to use the space for commercial purposes, events, team building, weddings, celebrations, or parties, please note that an additional fees ranging from RM 300 to RM 1000 may apply for specialized events.

Our bungalow is located by the beach with an amazing view of the whole bay. Situated at the hillside on the northern side of Juara bay, it's surrounded by pristine rainforest and beautiful nature. Peaceful and private area with a river separating the property from the common beach area. At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by swimming/wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.

A beautiful villa with 6 bed rooms which is suitable for 12 to 15 members. Also has a spacious car porch suitable for more than 6 cars and you can do variety of activities such as bbq and other family's activities. We also provide large kitchen space that is divided into two section which are wet (where you can cook your own meal) and dry and other facilities provided. Our previous customer already have a good experience living in Villa Elsa.
