This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. Feel free to check with me, and I will give you current driving conditions! This is a very low snow year thus far, so no bad driving to report yet!

The home is located on over 6 acres of private, mature forest along the river, just 15 minutes from White Salmon, WA. This secluded retreat is the perfect base for your rafting or Columbia River Gorge adventures. We both worked and met at the nearby rafting company, Wet Planet Whitewater.
