A couple of minutes' walk to the train station, and just over half an hour by train to Stavanger and Egersund. Shops, gym and park nearby. Walking distance to the characteristic nature for the area with great hiking terrain. Beaches with swimming and surfing opportunities are 5-10 minutes' drive away.

The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.
