Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Cozy apartment with stunning Main view Apartment approx. 68 square meters with living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for 2 people (also with toddler, crib can be provided) Private terrace overlooking the Main (gas grill can be used) In about 30 m, there is a jetty for kayaks, a children's playground, green meadows and walking paths directly on the Main) All necessary shopping is within walking distance. You can park your car right at your doorstep.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Home in the Perle am Main

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. Depending on the occupancy, the house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
