The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Ideal starting point for relaxing days - whether city trip, vacation on the Baltic Sea or business stay. Enjoy the beautifully designed terrace area in the garden. You can park directly at the house for free. The Edeka is a few minutes' walk away. From the main train station you can take the tram to my stop in just 7 minutes.

Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Here you will find a kitchen with all necessary utensils, sleeping places for up to 3 persons persons, a private garden access and a carport for your car. On your own terrace with cozy dining area, umbrella and views of the lovingly maintained garden, you can enjoy the sunset in a unique atmosphere and feel completely at home.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
