Here you can enjoy amazing views of the mountain and the river, and spend time with your loved one in a peaceful environment. The building is newly constructed, located 1.5km. away from the Central Park (5 min. to drive, 20 min. to walk); 10 min. walk to downtown,local stores,banks. The apartment: newly renovated, cozy and comfortable, with minimalist design; One space studio, with double-bed.

Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

Welcome to our house :) On the first floor you will find your accommodation with a separate bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and wine cellar :) I live with my wife Lika on the second floor. I will invite you to our garden to try homemade wine or barbecue. If you like, you can ride our bikes and explore our town. If necessary, I can meet you at Kutaisi Airport, and also show you all the attractions of the region.
