My little house is an affordable place to stay with an ideal location. Turn off and find the accommodation at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, everything you need is available. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The accommodation is 800 meters from the train station, a ten-minute walk from the golf course and 250 meters from the ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and microwave, of course.

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The house has 2 good bedrooms, a completely renovated bathroom and a large and cozy completely renovated kitchen/living room with fireplace. The sofa can also be converted into 2 beds, if the need is 6 overnight. From two beautiful wooden terraces and the large plot, the sun can be enjoyed from early morning to late evening.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

Large south-facing wooden terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, on an 800 m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens Klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.
