The apartment is located on the north side of Strynsvatnet, 1.5 km from Highway 15, by County Road 722. The apartment was newly renovated in 2019, and has most of the necessary furniture and equipment. Private parking and two terraces. Bedroom with double bed. Corner sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons. TV in the living room, bathroom with shower. Laundry room. Heating cables in floor in living room, kitchen and bathroom. 12 km to Stryn city center, to Loen 22 km. Stryn Summer Ski Center is about a 30 minutes drive away. There are many hiking opportunities nearby.

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. This comfortable cabin are located in the beautiful village Kandal in Gloppen, Sogn og Fjordane. If you are looking for something special, this will be the perfect place. Here you are surrounded by high mountains, a lake, rivers and waterfalls. The area are good for trout fishing, and it's possible for the guests to rent a boat during the summer. If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!

Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.
