Monthly Rentals in Klaeng District

Very nice place to stay, right on the beach for some nice beach walks. Nice pool and nice but small workout room. Good bread at the bakery below.

Klaus's condo is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with everything you will need! For me, the work desk & chair and steady WiFi was great for working. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a table and is surrounded by trees; great for a morning coffee. There is no sea view from this room but I was very pleased with the 'green space' view. Staff at the building were always smiling and courteous. Plenty of parking available and walking distance to 7-11 and some great Western, Thai and seafood restaurants. Not to mention the condo being right on the beach where, at low tide, you can walk 4 km of sandy beaches. The area is quiet during the week and because busy on weekends with 'local' tourists. I had one small problem and Klaus was quick to reply and get it sorted out; amazing communication and service. I would highly recommend staying at Klaus's room and hope to stay again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. We used this place for a one night layover between Koh Samet and Bangkok, though wish that we would have stayed longer! Excellent location close to the beach and a wonderful pool
