If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

Everything was great. We arrived stiff on motorcycles, so we were very pleased with the fire blazing in the fireplace, which allowed us to thaw peacefully and quickly. At the same time, it gave the whole arrival a family atmosphere. I have nothing to complain about.

The stay at the place was great, the pictures don't promise too much! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the high fence and the gate in front of the house gave us a feeling of privacy at all times. We were also greeted with snacks and drinks and there was Amazon Prime and Netflix set up from the property. Everything went smoothly and uncomplicated. All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended and worth every penny! If we go to the Czech Republic again, then definitely to Sarka again :)

Kornelie doesn't just rent a place to stay, she rents a home. From the beginning, everything was just right: - Personal check-in with explanation of all necessary things - She fulfilled individual wishes - Everything was clean and in good condition - The amenities couldn't be better, especially in the kitchen. In addition, extra bed linens and lots of towels. - Fast and friendly communication before and during the stay I highly recommend it to everyone, especially if you come with family and want to stay longer. There is a small playground with soccer goals and a basketball hoop in 2-3 minutes' walking distance. We left a soccer ball and basketball there for the next guests. A very nice, stylish and extremely clean apartment, fully equipped. Nothing was missing in the kitchen, sugar, salt, spices, tea, everything there, even coffee capsules and dishwasher capsules. Enough toilet paper, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, soap… Several pillows to choose from, comfortable bed. And the terrace is fantastic. Perfect location, close to Albert grocery store, Metro a few minutes' walk away. Our car stayed in the underground parking. Václav was very friendly, attentive and helpful, we can recommend him with all our hearts and would love to come back.

only 4 nights and I regretted not being able to stay longer. Cozy apartment, well decorated, pleasant and peaceful. Tram within 10 minutes to reach the old town. At the foot of the mountain with the mini Effeil tower. Very green. Very friendly hosts.

Perfect place for a large family. The place was very clean and the kitchen was exactly what we needed to make breakfast. The Terrance was so beautiful to see the city and enjoy some time outdoors. Everything was walkable distance. Great food locations close by. All the main scenic and must see destinations were walking distance. The host was very flexible with our check in. We got there really late and had to keep changing our ETA and the host was very accommodating. Perfect location, flexible and kind host and clean space. Highly recommend!

Tomas' place is beautiful. It is exactly as shown in the pictures and is more spacious than you can imagine from them. He was an excellent host, very responsive and super helpful in securing a high chair for our son at short notice. This was massively appreciated. When we come back to Prague we will check if Tomas' place is available before looking at any other accommodation options. Thank you!

Apartment is beautiful and as described with everything you need! Quiet location with bakery, minimart, bistro’s in the next street and metro 2 minutes walk away. Walk to old town took around 30 minutes along river or £6 via uber if you’re tired. Taxis to the castle cost around £7. The apartment is air conditioned which was a god send due to the hot weather whilst we stayed. Walk in shower was great and worth the mention !! We didn’t cook as took much delight in trying some of the local restaurants however kitchen does have everything you need. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and spent a few lazy mornings watching Netflix after walking 50 million steps around Prague 😂 you won’t want to get out !! The hosts were very welcoming and immediately responsive to any queries!! Very professional whilst friendly at the same time and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this apartment and will be booking again !!!

I was in town for a conference in Forum Karlín. The apartment was great and walking distance from it. It is also a quiet area, which made having a restful night easy. It is a good size for 2 persons. Stepan sent plenty of wonderful suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The check-in was very smooth, the room was very clean and tidy, it was also very convenient to enter the city, the communication was very smooth, highly recommended!

The appartement is great. Great location and also very clean. Also it looks like the pictures. It was hot inside on warm days, as it is on the last floor. We didn‘t manage to understand how the oven works, other than that the place is great and in a calm area of the city, but still close to the main sightseeing spots, food places, tram. Anna was also very nice to share a lot of infos about the city and the response is always fast. It is important to know that the keys are to be picked up at another place (5 min walk), not so great if you have heavy luggages. Overall great location! I would come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous flat! It truly has everything you could need—and even some things we didn’t expect. The apartment is beautifully designed, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Getting to the city center is quick and easy with tram 9, which was very convenient. The Jacuzzi felt luxurious, and the sauna heats up quickly, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything about the flat made our stay feel special. We had a great short stay. The flat is spacious with a small bathroom and a nice balcony facing the backyard. We liked that it’s in a walkable distance to the old town, the river and even the central station so we actually never had to use public transport in the end.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay of 3 nights. We would buy this apartment in a heartbeat if it was up for sale. Great restaurants nearby and peaceful neighborhood. Super cozy and perfect for a couple. Our host Jakub was very active and helpful making us feel welcomed. Our favorite nearby restaurants were U Tellerů and Meatery which were both a short walk away from the apartment. Best second hand store was called MOMENT. If we visit Prague yet another time we would love to stay here again!

Beautiful stay – relaxing, central and warmly looked after We enjoyed our stay! We particularly appreciated the quiet location away from the tourist hustle and bustle (ideal for relaxing) and at the same time the excellent connection to the center of Prague and its sights. The apartment is modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. The morning sun in the bedroom as well as the cozy balcony rounded off our stay perfectly. A big thank you to Robert and Pavel: They were always available, extremely helpful and provided us with many great tips on restaurants, bakeries and shopping. The apartment is great, looks even better than the pictures. It is very close to Vatslev square. About 10 minutes walk from trams and the underground train and about 15 minutes to the center. The apartment felt very safe and secured in a quite place

Martina was very accommodating right from the start. I could see many signs of her great hospitality and kindness throughout the property, which is not only clean and peaceful but also is a place to make people very comfortable and feel at home.
