Kvammen, 30min drive from Sandstad. 25 minutes to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that is upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is located 100 meters from the sea, short distance to fishing water and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wifi.

Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails nearby is one coastal fort from World War II which has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas as well as a small zipline for children and youth. Lesund is located in the middle between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Bathroom equipped with toilet, shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. Waterborne heat in all rooms, except for loft. Immediate proximity to the lake and nature. Here you can really relax, enjoy the silence and find peace!

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin was completed in 2024 with water-borne heating and fireplace. The cabin is located on a plot of 20 acres all for itself, just a stone's throw from the sea. Dock next door as well as own beach for swimming and fishing. Unique hiking opportunities nearby with Smøla and Tusna. An hour drive to Kristiansund, 20 min. drive to Aure city center, 2 minutes drive to the nearest Coop shop. Walking distance to zipline, playground, football field and frisbee golf.

Great location, very cozy , warm cabin. Amazing view through the living room window. In the kitchen everything you need to cook. Very kind and always a host who responds to messages. I really liked that the cabin has a furnace that makes it cozy in the evening while enjoying the view from the window. I recommend it.

We loved staying at this beautifully decorated and maintained home overlooking the fjord! It is in a private location with amazing views, very warm and clean, with all of the amenities that we needed for a great stay. We would have stayed longer if we could! However, we would definitely suggest arriving in the daylight. Also, for guests with young kids or limited mobility, there is a path (5 minute walk) that goes up and down a bit that you have to carry your luggage over (there is a wheelbarrow provided). It is worth it though!

The house does what it promises. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is functional, simple and in stylish design, it literally invites you in every way. The many opportunities to stay outside offer even more space and are clever. Depending on the weather, we could also be outside. Terje is the perfect host and was helpful and available at all times. We met him in person and are very grateful for the opportunity and all the good tips.

One of the most unique stays we've ever had accompanied by what I can only describe as excellent service from a host that was responsive, flexible and friendly to us from beginning to end. I highly recommend anyone that wants an uforgettable experience to not think twice about booking one of Øystein's cabins!
