Our stay at Eric's exceeded expectations. Truly a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Eric was a great communicator from the time I made my reservation to the time I left the house, quickly answering all questions, giving recommendations and dealing with a small problem we had promptly. I would say that this house is one of the rare places on Airb&b that looks *better* than the pictures. Thank you so much!

We had a great three night stay, my three adult children and I. The beach was surprisingly almost ours to ourselves. For an older traditional OBX house, it was well updated and very well appointed. The central floor plan is very open. I love it when you can be in the kitchen cooking while talking to everybody in the living area and those around the dinner table at the same time. Awesome view of the ocean off the back deck. We sat in the hot tub and still see the ocean. Im sometimes leary of hot tubs at the beach, a lot of times they are not well maintained. Danielle's was spotless and the water chemistry was perfect and safe. There was absolutely nothing we needed or any place where we needed to go that was not within a 5-minute drive. All of my family are fisherman. if you like to fish, there's not a better place to stay. getting from the house to the beach to surf fish takes less than a minute. we walked up to the OBX Pier several times to fish, probably less than a 5 minute walk.

Perfect spot for a family vacation in the OBX! We loved the location (very short walk to the beach, several great restaurants), lots of space to spread out and games/cards/puzzles in the house, and the pool/spa were amazing! There are tons of pool toys and floats, and beach gear too! Great view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony. There is also new furniture in the upstairs living room that the pictures don’t show which was an added bonus! We will be back!

Great location and home for our friends with family trip! The pool and backyard was the perfect hangout and the beach was a quick walk away. Very comfortable for 3 families all with kids! Grateful our fur babies could join as well! Travis was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay… the OBX is now our favorite vacations spot! Sounds Groovy was Awesome with wonderful and responsive hosts.

This place is a GEM! I highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach. Lots of fun stuff to do in Duck. The house is very, very nice with lots of space to hang out.

House was exactly as described and very clean! Short walk to beach with public access, great spot for sunrise!! Brad was very easy to communicate with even recommended lots of places close by for us to try. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is very nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is roomy with a lovely walk in shower. We had a bit of rainy weather and it was nice for my family to be able to hang out in the living room together. The house was very clean. I appreciated having off street parking and being in a quiet neighborhood. If we would have had more time, it would have been very fun to use the bikes to ride the nearby trail along the sound. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We loved our stay at Maureen’s cottage. We enjoyed watching the golfers play and swimming in the private pool. The house has a great game room which we used every day. The house is close to everything! The beach, restaurants and shopping are all within minutes of the house. We had a wonderful time!

The house is just as listed. Great location and all the amenities that you need. A little cold for the pool but enjoyed the top floor kitchen and living area. Decks made the mornings a great start. A very peaceful location and would book again without any hesitation.

Buck and his family were nothing short of AMAZING host.. coming from an OCD Italian mother and father.. we are HUGE on clean linens, clean bathrooms etc! Everything in the place was spotless. The pool was clean. The rooms were set up plenty of towels, pillows, and extras. Just make sure you bring soap! The fridge and freezer are plenty big for groceries, food and beer.. Beautiful views of the 18th hole on Seascape golf links right from the deck and pool. All of the golf courses and restaurants around are accommodating to tee-times and sizable groups. The location is perfect close to all the major golf courses very close to the major Walmart where you can get booze and groceries yet as you pull off the main strip, you go through beautiful residential roads and the house is tucked in back on a cold a sac GREAT FOR A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN.. beautiful for a walk at night.. nice neighbors.. would recommend to family, friends and anyone who loves a great clean safe environment!

My family had an amazing stay at the Hale Honu! We were impressed with all of the amenities that were offered, and especially the proximity of the property to the beach! We also very much appreciated the beach gear available for use. Soupar and his team were very responsive and kind. Looking forward to booking again for our next visit to OBX!

Not long ago, my sisters and I lost our brother at the age of 63. After the funeral, we wanted to wait a year or so and reconnect in Nags Head, NC. It was a vacation spot our parents took us to back in the 70's. It was always a special place for us filled with wonderful memories. We couldn't think of a better place to go relax and reflect back on our brother. While we were searching for the right home, the Blackfin Inn stood out immediately, its photos reflected a beautiful home, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and close proximity to fun restaurants and the beach. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to a few questions we had before booking. Once we arrived, we were not disappointed. The home was more beautiful than the photos. The host made you feel right at home. Whether it was bottles of water waiting for you in the refrig, or the personal welcome card or the amazing beds with super comfy pillows and sheets. We had such a wonderful time.

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

We had such a great stay. Everything in the house was beautiful and it was very clean. It rained the entire time we were there so we stayed in the house most of the time. The house was so comfortable, we felt right at home.

Cute and quaint, great kitchen. It was just as picture. Easy access and private. Publix nearby that was a plus!

Cathy’s place was great. Convenient location to all businesses and restaurants. A short bike ride to the beach. Will certainly be returning with family next year.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Would strongly consider returning to this beautiful home in our favorite place! The home exceeded expectations, host very friendly and responsive.

Gunther's place was a wonderful choice for our family. There were six of us that we needed to fit in the house and at no point did it feel too small or uncomfortable. The location is very central and you can go just about anywhere you want in a matter of minutes. The beach is a matter of a couple minutes away walking and it did not at all feel like a crowded place. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and they did include all the amenities that were listed. We'll definitely consider this place again the next time we go to OBX.

My family and I stayed at Madison’s place in obx. We had a wonderful time. Madison was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was perfect, private and close to the beach and many other restaurants and fun activities to do. The house was really clean, and had beautiful views of the ocean, which was awesome because you can watch the sunrise and set from the balcony. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy and modern beach house. The ocean view from the deck was beautiful. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our group of four. Just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
