large apartment with lift, downstairs it has cheap supermarket, most important, there is Chinese market where sell vegetables, meat and rice,fruit in 5 minutes walking. Host offers portable WIFI and free airport pick up in person. Kitchen has rice cook,fridge and cooking facility with microwave. Recommend.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Local shops and amenities are near by, specially the local supermarket that is open 24 hrs and the local spa which was few minutes walk away. There is a backup generator which was a big plus for me and my little ones as we were never out of electricity. Deborah is amazing host she is always responsive when we had issues and there is always someone to come and sort it out. We will definitely come back and I will be recommending this place to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Addis.

I stayed at Lilly's Place for just over two months, and it was great. The location is fantastic and only 8 minutes from the airport and in the safe Bole neighborhood. There’s a cafe and two grocery stores right downstairs, plus a pharmacy and fast food restaurant just across the street only about 5 meters away. The guesthouse has a generator for when the power goes out, which happens a lot in Addis. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and reliable, making my remote work a breeze. The price is very reasonable for such a great location. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Addis.
