Vacation rentals with a patio in Kite Beach

Once again my wife and I would like to thank Melissa (and BIG THANKS to Sabrina, you're the BEST!!) for the use of her condo. The condo was everything we had wished for and more. Orilla del Mar is a great place to visit the property is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. ODM's staff are constantly working at keeping the property in pristine shape and are always there to help with any request (big THANKS to Raul). Next, I must say that the other people that are owners or renters at ODM, are some of the best people that I have ever met. Always a good morning or good day and always very open to any questions that we may have had, as to ODM or the surrounding Cabarete area. The local Dominican's are again very friendly and helpful a real bonus to making for a very successful vacation. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Place is exactly as described in a quiet and safe location . Got entertainment , Smart Tv, PlayStation , Netflix. Would def recommend for a single or couple stay .

I must say, first time staying at a shareable pool complex, One of the best experiences and place I have stayed. The bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom well designed, Both the bedroom and living room was booming! The security were very helpful and friendly. I would return back and also recommend friends and family. Also shout out to Kennedy for being the best with what he does. Excellent communication and professional.

It was a lovely stay and because we had a motorbike it was easy to get too and from the more downtown area. The road is a little noisy during the day but is well quiet and night.

This place is amazing with all the items you may need. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of towels and toilet paper lol. I said this because most places only supply 1 roll of paper. The only thing we had to purchase was food and there were more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever we wanted

The host and staff were always very helpful from prior to arrival to departure. Always gave quick responses to my questions about the home or area. Everything you need is right there within a block or two. Wonderful Stay!

From the beginning Donny and David were excellent communicators. Their place is beautiful. The location and the view are magical. If you’re lucky enough to stay at their condo you will know what I mean.

This village is one of the greatest places I've stayed. Secure, private, quiet, and pleasant, extremely clean, with a nice parking area and a very polite host. The workers make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation in every aspect; it exceeded our expectations. Super recommended

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

It was PERFECT! If you and the boys want to have a great getaway this is 1000% the ideal spot everything was as it looked in the pictures the host and guide Louis was amazing anything we needed he accommodated! LOVED IT! Will definitely be back next year!

The villa was beautiful and brand new. It was comfortable, quiet, and just a described. I would suggest that guests rent a car because the villa is in a private community that only has one restaurant nor are there any stores nearby. Most things you'll want to do/ the better beaches are about 10 minutes away by car/taxi. We still had a great time, and Amarai was very responsive to messages. Would stay again!

Karen’s place was absolutely lovely! The beach was a 2 min walk and she allowed usage of her amazing beach chairs! The other available beaches nearby were lovely, there was a wonderful supermarket a short drive away and Karen’s instructions were clear and she was kind and responsive. It was just what we were looking for for a quick getaway. Would definitely go back.

It's a great place to stay and very spacious and comfortable. Close to beaches, restaurants and all the nightlife. Nick is a an excellent host and the staff at the building are great people and always there to help if you need something. I'll definitely be back, thank for hosting me Nick!

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! CONS———NONE 🥰🙌🏼💖

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!

This AirBNB provided a delightful stay during my vacation to the DR. Everything in the unit looked nice and clean upon my arrival. And everything in the unit appeared just as the pictures portrayed it to be. The balcony area was extremely nice and the pool area was very nice as well. Marleny was nice and very accommodating. I arrived about an hour and a half prior to my check-in time and she allowed me to check-in early and on my last day she allowed me a late check out of 2.5 hours that helped me align much better with my departure flight. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to the area, it is definitely worth its listed price.
