"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Coronavirus info: The apartment is Corona-safe through a separate entrance The apartment is in the Nahe Valley on the outskirts of the village directly at our Avarella stud farm above our veterinary practice. It is modern, cozy and offers a great view of our valley with the pastures. To the front, a small balcony invites you to relax, facing the Nahe Valley. There are two spacious bedrooms with large closets for plenty of storage space. The dining room is furnished for 6 people.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Our house is located in a quiet and tranquil wine village. The renowned spas are just a few minutes away by car: Bad Kreuznach, Bad Münster am Stein and Bad Sobernheim. The location on the outskirts allows beautiful walks even with your dogs, who are of course always welcome here. Kirschroth has many wineries that are happy to invite you to a wine tasting. You will find our apartment in the idyllic, old Winzerhaus in Wachenheim an der Weinstr., within walking distance of the castle and in the beautiful town center with wine bars and restaurants. Ideal as a starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the Palatinate Forest. Bad Dürkheim and Deidesheim are only a few km away and offer a diverse outdoor, leisure and cultural program.

Our apartment is located in the center of the quietly located wine village of Kirschroth. Here we look forward to your arrival, also with a dog. Numerous hiking trails allow wonderful insights into our region. The local wineries offer wine tastings or wine tours. We shall establish contact on request. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
